Yadi Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Yadi” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”) was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is the leading electric two-wheeler brand in the People's Republic of China (“China”), focusing on the design, research, development, manufacture and sale of electric scooters, electric bicycles, batteries and related accessories. Over the past 20 years, it has successfully established “Yadi” as the top electric two-wheeler brand in China. Under the “Yadi” brand, the Group provides a variety of electric scooters and electric bicycles with diverse designs, styles and functions to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. As of December 31, 2022, the Group has 58 models of electric scooters and 88 models of electric bicycles for customers to choose from. The Group has seven self-operated production facilities, located in Wuxi, Tianjin, Cixi, Qingyuan, Anhui, Chongqing and Vietnam. As of December 31, 2022, the Group's electric two-wheeler production capacity was approximately 20 million units per year, supported by more than 11,000 employees. It also has a strong R&D team located in Wuxi, which employs about 980 professional R&D personnel with diverse product design backgrounds for electric two-wheelers. The Group's domestic distribution network covers nearly all administrative regions of China and consists of 4,041 distributors and their sub-distributors. As of December 31, 2022, there were more than 32,000 points of sale. The Group also exports and sells to over 80 countries through its international distribution network. The Company was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) on May 19, 2016, with the stock code 1585.
