We are the leading manufacturer of compound seasonings in China, focusing on the hot pot seasoning market. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are the largest manufacturer of mid-and high-end hot pot seasonings in China by 2015 sales value, accounting for more than 30 per cent of the market share, more than three times the number of second-largest market participants. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are also the second largest producer of hot pot seasoning in China by sales value in 2015, with a market share of 6.8 per cent. According to Frost & Sullivan, we are the only hot pot seasoning manufacturer focused on the fast-growing mid-and high-end market. During the track record period, most of our hot pot products are medium-and high-end products, and we are the company with the fastest growth in sales value among the five major hot pot seasoning manufacturers in China. Benefiting from the widely recognized "Haidilao" brand and our market-oriented solid main and solid innovation ability, extensive network coverage, advanced production technology and strict quality control mechanism, we are one of the few manufacturers of compound seasonings in China with a national reputation. Our market leadership is based on the success of our products. We aim to provide comprehensive and high quality products through unremitting implementation of the following strategies: (I) continue to focus on the mid-and high-end areas; (ii) continue to expand into new segments of the compound seasoning market; and (iii) is firmly committed to product quality, keeping pace with evolving consumer expectations and food safety standards. We supply a large number of seasonings from hot pot seasoning to Chinese compound seasoning (such as spicy spicy pot and Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili seasoning). As of December 31, 2015, we have three main product lines, offering 56 products.
We have established an extensive national distribution network. As of December 31, 2015, our 339 dealers have covered 31 provincial regions, all first-tier cities, 28 second-tier cities and 134tier cities in China, as well as 11 countries and overseas cities and foreign countries and markets. so that our products can be delivered to more than 6000 large supermarkets and supermarkets in China (including Wal-Mart and Carrefour). And traditional retail channels (such as grocery stores, community stores and meat stores). In addition, we have established and continuously consolidated our market share in overseas markets through our dealers. Our physical network is further complemented by e-commerce channels such as Tmall and JD.com. We are the exclusive supplier of Haidilao Group's hot pot products in China, and our products are an important cornerstone for the successful development of Haidilao Group. According to Frost & Sullivan, Haidilao Group was the largest chain of hot pot restaurants in China and the number one Chinese food company by sales value in 2014 and 2015. In 2013, 2014 and 2015, Haidilao Group has 93, 111 and 142 hot pot restaurants in 24, 29 and 39 cities in China and two, four and seven hot pot restaurants in two, three and five overseas locations respectively. The continuous expansion and development of Haidilao Group in China and the world has greatly promoted the growth of our business and increased customer recognition and acceptance of our products. Displaying and selling our products at Haidilao Hot Pot Restaurant allows us to reach 50 million target customers eating in these restaurants each year, including 8.6 million target customers with members of the Haidilao Group.
