Huaxia Sega City Park CA SEGA JOYPOLIS (formerly “SEGA JOYPOLIS” before acquisition) is the world's No. 1 indoor theme park brand acquired by the Group from Japan's Sega Group in 2017. The Group uses an asset-light franchise model and joins hands with different business partners to expand the theme park brand globally. Currently, the Group operates three major CA SEGA JOYPOLIS in Shanghai, Qingdao, and Tokyo, Japan, respectively. The authorized Wonder Forest children's park business is spread across Tier 1 and 2 cities in China. The Group has more than 30 years of experience in the IP Chaoyan industry (mainly manufacturing Chaoyan products), and mainly focuses on the trade and provision of value-added services in the Japanese market of anime derivative products (mainly toys) modeled after well-known anime characters from third parties. Most of the Group's customers are Japanese companies that purchase anime-derived products from Japan's leading toy companies and Japan's leading outdoor theme amusement parks, and maintain good long-term relationships. The Group has gathered many years of experience, resources and reputation in the animation industry to fully develop the IP trendy gaming platform business.
