We (Guangdong Zhongying Shengda Finance Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd. (“Guangdong Zhongying Shengda” or “Company”, together with our subsidiaries collectively referred to as “the Group”, “Group” or “us”) are a leading financial guarantee service provider in Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China (“China”), focusing on providing credit-based financing solutions to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (“micro, small and medium-sized enterprises”) to meet their financing and business needs. Since our establishment in 2003 in Foshan, Guangdong, our business outlets have increased dramatically, covering all major cities in Guangdong Province, and we also have outlets in several cities in Anhui. We mainly provide guarantees or entrustment loans to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses. Meanwhile, since July 2011, we have provided microfinance loans to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, individual businesses and individuals in the Foshan region through Foshan Zhongying Shengda Microfinance Co., Ltd. (“Foshan Microfinance”), and merged the company into our group in June 2014. We have established good cooperative relationships with many banks and non-bank financial institutions, diversified the sources of customer referrals, reduced credit risk, and strengthened our leading position in the Guangdong industry. We have a diverse and decentralized shareholder structure and have no controlling shareholders. We aim to guarantee the independence of management in their daily operations. We have been committed to prudent corporate governance since the beginning of our establishment, and the company's operations are not interfered with by a single shareholder (“shareholder”) of the Company. The Company's directors (“Directors”) (the “Board of Directors”), the Company's supervisors (“Supervisors”) and our experienced and reputable management team come from diverse backgrounds and have expertise in the financial, banking, accounting and legal sectors. Currently, it has been rated as an “AA” company by China Securities Pengyuan Credit Assessment Co., Ltd., and has stable prospects.
