As of 2014/12/31, we are China's leading independent property management company1. According to the China Index Research Institute, we ranked third among China's independent property management companies in 2013 in terms of overall strength, and ranked ninth 2 in the “China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises” ranking compiled by the China Real Estate Top 10 Research Group and the China Index Research Institute. Furthermore, our recently developed O2O platform is also one of our strategic priorities, and it is anticipated that it will be the main driving force for our future growth. As of May 31, 2015, our total contract management area was 33.0 million square meters, involving 159 properties, including 10.8 million square meters of undelivered floor space. During the track record period, we generated revenue by providing property management services and co-marketing services across our two lines of business. The table below details our lines of business. Property Management Business Line Below this line of business, we mainly provide diversified property management services to property developers and owners (usually residential properties). The services we provide in this line of business include standard property management services, ancillary services and consulting services. Co-marketing business line Under this line of business, we provide cleaning, security and maintenance for property developers' model units and sales centers, as well as general support to facilitate the property sales process. 1. According to the China Index Research Institute, as of December 31, 2014, our total contract management floor area was 31.4 million square meters, compared with the average of the top ten independent property management companies in the “China Top 100 Property Service Companies” list of 25.0 million square meters. 2. The China Index Research Institute compiles the ranking of the “Top 100 Property Service Companies in China” list every year, based on data from the previous year voluntarily provided by various property management companies. In 2015, we did not provide 2014 data to the China Index Research Institute, so we were not included in the 2015 ranking. According to the China Index Research Institute, based on comprehensive strength, the number of independent property management companies as a percentage of the top 100 property service companies remained stable at 18%, 19%, 20% and 19% in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, respectively.
