The company operates through three business segments: the Hong Kong Retail Division, the Chinese mainland Retail Division and the Wholesale Division. Hung Fook Tong Group is the largest retailer of Chinese herbal beverages, soups and tortoise lingers in Hong Kong, producing and selling a wide range of herbal and non-herbal products by the reputable and award-winning "Hung Fook Tong" brand. Since its opening in 1986, the Group has transformed from a traditional herbal tea shop to a modern health concept catering enterprise with a wide range of products, including herbal drinks and other non-herbal beverages, Chinese soup, tortoise Ling cream and other foods.

The Group has set up its own factories in Hong Kong and China to produce its own products.
