China Shengmu Organic Dairy Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “Shengmu”, together with its subsidiary “Group”), is a desert ecological organic recycling raw milk enterprise integrating “growing and raising”. Its business covers the entire dairy industry value chain, including forage cultivation and dairy farming to the production of raw milk. Shengmu has a safe milk source base as the core, organic farming, and is based on high-quality organic raw milk, and has a solid cooperative relationship with downstream emulsion companies. The Group currently has 33 ranches, with a dairy stock of 139,900 heads and a daily production of about 2,075 tons of fresh milk; of these, it has 22 certified organic farms and 3 DHA dairy farms.
