China Shengmu Organic Milk Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “Shengmu” along with its subsidiary “Group”) is an integrated desert ecological organic recycling raw milk enterprise. Its business covers the entire dairy industry value chain, including forage farming and dairy farming to the production of raw milk. Shengmu has a safe milk source base as the core, organic farming, and stable partnerships with downstream emulsion companies based on high-quality organic raw milk. The Group currently has 34 ranches, namely organic milk ranches, DHA milk ranches, organic A2 dairy farms, and standard high-quality raw milk farms. The number of cows stored is 148,000, and the daily production of about 2,119 tons of fresh milk is produced. Shengmu's original organic ecological sand control industry system in Ulanbu and the desert was selected by the United Nations Global Compact as the best comprehensive practice for enterprises in the “sustainable production and consumption” category. The raw milk produced by the company is also the first raw milk brand in mainland China to obtain both domestic and EU organic standards certification.
