We are a reputable formwork engineering subcontractor in Hong Kong with a business history of over 20 years. The Group has a strong position in the formwork engineering industry in Hong Kong and has positioned itself as one of the main subcontractors. The Chairman of the Group, Mr. Leung Yan-cheung, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the formwork engineering industry and began to become a formwork engineer apprentice in Hong Kong in the late 1970s. Drawing on its experience in the formwork engineering industry, Tianmei began business in 1998 with the aim of providing formwork engineering services exclusively as a subcontractor in Hong Kong. Under Mr. Leung's leadership, our formwork engineering business achieved steady growth and success. Over the past few years, Mr. Leung has registered the other two major operating subsidiaries of the Group, Tianmei Brothers and Jianli, on October 9, 2008 and March 23, 2015, respectively, to further expand the Group's engineering capabilities, thereby enhancing its position in the Hong Kong formwork engineering industry. In this regard, Tianmei Brothers also specializes in providing formwork engineering services in Hong Kong as a subcontractor. Furthermore, through the operation of Jianli (which owns our metal crankcase equipment and related parts), we have reduced our reliance on third party suppliers for leasing metal scaffolding equipment, thereby allowing us to better and more flexibly control costs and project progress.
