On March 10, 2021, the Company and the China Forestry Ecological Development Promotion Association (the “Promotion Association”, a national-level association approved by the State Council of China and headed by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration) signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Carbon-Neutral Development” (“Strategic Agreement”). The two parties agreed to establish a cooperative organization, agreed to establish a regular meeting system and effective communication mechanism to exchange business information and cooperation in a timely manner. The heads of the two sides formed a leading group, and the Hong Kong department formed a joint office with specific responsibility for coordinating and advancing cooperation matters and organizing implementation.
