Huakong Kangtai Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Tongfang Kangtai Industrial Co., Ltd. (from 2016/7 to 2022/9); United Cement Holdings Co., Ltd. (from 2011/3 to 2016/7)) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in March 2011 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 18, 2012 (stock code: 1312). Through its subsidiaries, the Company mainly engages in (i) manufacturing and selling prescription drugs (including chemicals and traditional Chinese medicine) in China; and (ii) operating fitness centers, providing fitness and health consulting services, and operating franchises. The Group acquired Tongfang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (previously known as Beijing Ziguang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in 2016. Tongfang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells prescription drugs and other pharmaceutical-related businesses in Beijing, Chongqing and Shaanxi, China. Furthermore, the Group acquired TFKT True Holdings as a subsidiary and True Yoga Holdings Limited as a joint venture in 2017. The two companies and their subsidiaries operate fitness centers and provide fitness and health consulting services separately from Singapore and Taiwan.
