The Group is a leading enterprise in the civil engineering industry and high voltage substation construction industry in Macau. The Group undertakes difficult and complex construction projects. The four major business areas include construction and renovation projects; high-voltage substation construction and system installation projects; electrical and mechanical (“electromechanical”) engineering service projects; and the provision of facility management services. During the year, the Group diversified its existing business and entered the electric vehicle charging solutions and system service business. The Group's construction and renovation projects include steel structure engineering services, civil engineering construction services, and renovation and renovation projects. Steel structure engineering services generally involve the provision of customized and targeted steel structure construction services, including steel structure engineering, concrete pouring and construction work. Appropriate mixing of the above types of projects is used to create efficient structures. Civil engineering construction services generally include demolition work, site land survey work, site leveling and foundation work, foundation structure and superstructure, road and drainage pipes, etc. Renovation and renovation works generally involve the provision of various types of alteration, renovation and enhancement works, including drawing up construction plans, modifications, removal and installation of equipment, and general renovation work. Meanwhile, high-voltage substation construction and system installation projects provide planning, scheduling, project management, and construction services for customized high-voltage substations and multi-power transmission infrastructure equipped with high-voltage power systems. Mechatronic engineering service works generally involve (i) low voltage (“low voltage”) system engineering; (ii) HVAC (“HVAC”) system engineering; and (iii) supply and/or installation of weak current (“weak current”) system engineering, related testing and commissioning, and management, quality control and delivery of mechatronic engineering services. Low-voltage system engineering includes all methods of power supply and distribution within a building, including the supply and installation of cables, grounding, lighting systems, and cables, wires, switchboards, power outlets, and other related electrical equipment. HVAC system engineering includes the supply and installation of variable refrigerant flow air conditioning units, ventilation and exhaust systems for buildings, and the supply and installation of associated piping, air ducts, air conditioning units, ventilation fans and other related equipment. Weak current system engineering includes the procurement and installation of telephones, CCTV (for security video surveillance purposes), and any other systems within the building that need to transmit signals. The Group also undertakes facility management services, including the provision of facility operation, maintenance management, modifications, upgrades, maintenance works and emergency maintenance services for various buildings, properties and their components (particularly hotels and resorts) and high-voltage substations and their systems. The electric vehicle charging solutions and system service business is a new sustainable business opportunity involving the provision of integrated solutions for electric vehicle charging, including the supply and installation of electric vehicle charging devices and the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, central management systems and electronic payment hubs for electric vehicles.
