The Group is a leading enterprise in the civil engineering industry and high-voltage substation construction industry in Macau. The Group undertakes difficult and complex construction projects. The four major business areas include construction and decoration projects; high-voltage substation construction and system installation projects; mechanical and electrical engineering service projects; and provision of facility management services. The Group is also engaged in providing services related to electric vehicles and the steel structure business. The latter involves the sale and processing of new steel structures. The Group's construction and decoration projects include steel structure engineering services, civil engineering construction services and decoration and renovation projects. Steel structure engineering services generally involve providing customized and targeted steel structure construction services, including steel structure engineering, concrete pouring and construction engineering, and appropriate mixing of the above various projects to make efficient structures. Civil engineering construction services generally include demolition work, site land survey work, site preparation and foundation work, foundation structures and superstructures, and roads and drainage pipes. Renovation and renovation works generally involve the provision of various types of alteration, renovation and enhancement works, including drawing up construction drawings, modification, removal and installation of equipment and general renovation works. High-voltage substation construction and system installation projects provide planning, scheduling, project management and construction services for customized high-voltage substations and multi-power transmission infrastructure equipped with high-voltage power systems. Electromechanical engineering service engineering generally involves (i) low voltage (“low voltage”) system engineering; (ii) HVAC (“HVAC”) system engineering; and (iii) weak electrical (“weak electricity”) system engineering, related testing and commissioning, and management, quality control and delivery of mechanical and electrical engineering service projects. Low-voltage system engineering includes all methods of power supply and distribution within a building, including cables, grounding, lighting systems, and the supply and installation of cables, wires, switchboards, power sockets and other related electrical equipment. HVAC system engineering includes the supply and installation of air conditioning units, ventilation and exhaust systems for buildings with variable refrigerant flow, as well as the supply and installation of related piping, air ducts, air conditioning units, ventilation fans and other related equipment. Weak electrical system engineering includes the procurement and installation of telephones, CCTV (for security video surveillance purposes), and any other systems within the building that require signal transmission. The Group also undertakes facility management services, including the provision of facility operation, maintenance management, transformation, upgrade, maintenance works and emergency maintenance services for various buildings, properties and their components (especially hotels and resorts), as well as high-voltage substations and their systems. The electric vehicle business is a sustainable business opportunity involving the provision of electric vehicle-related services, including but not limited to (i) providing electric vehicle charging services, including selling electric vehicle charging systems and providing electric vehicle charging facilities for charging subscription fees; (ii) distributing electric vehicles; (iii) designing, manufacturing, selling and marketing electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging systems; (iv) manufacturing and producing battery packs; and (v) providing electric vehicle charging/exchange solutions. Through the steel structure business, the Group is also engaged in supplying new material steel structures to construction projects of general contractors and/or construction companies, such as steel materials such as rebar, steel sheet piles, galvanized sheets, etc. of various sizes to cover the upstream industry of the Group's main construction business.
