Cable Broadband Communications Limited was established in Hong Kong in May 1999 and listed on Hong Kong and the US NASDAQ on November 24 of the same year. The Group withdrew its listing status on the NASDAQ stock market on June 8, 2007 and traded on the US OTC market. Cable Broadband Communications Co., Ltd. is an integrated communications service agency in Hong Kong, with one of the largest and most influential TV viewers and communication service users in Hong Kong. The Group owns and operates a cable and telecommunications network covering almost all of Hong Kong, providing television, broadband Internet, telephone and multimedia services to over 2 million households. The Group is also one of the largest producers of television, film and multimedia content in Hong Kong.
