Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) have been investing in, constructing and developing, operating and managing highways and bridges located in Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China (“China”) and other high economic growth provinces. The Company's main shareholder, Guangzhou Yuexiu Group Co., Ltd., is a state-owned enterprise under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. On December 31, 2023, the Group invested and operated a total of 17 toll road, bridge and wharf projects, including the Guangzhou North Second Ring Expressway (“Guangzhou North Second Ring Expressway”), the Guangzhou West Second Ring Expressway (“Guangzhou West Second Ring Expressway”), the Guangzhou North Ring Expressway (“Guangzhou North Ring Expressway”), Guangdong Humen Bridge (“Humen Bay Bridge”), the Shantou Bridge (“Shantou Bay Bridge”) and the Guangdong-Qinglian Expressway (“Shantou Bay Bridge”), Guangdong Qinglian Expressway (“Shantou Bay Bridge”) “Qinglian Expressway”) and the Pazhou Hong Kong-Macau Passenger Terminal; the Suiyuenan Expressway located within Hubei Province (“Hubei” Suiyuenan Expressway), Hancai Expressway (“Hubei Hancai Expressway”), Han-E Expressway (“Hubei-Han-E Expressway”), Daguangnan Expressway (“Hubei Daguangnan Expressway”), Han-Xiao Expressway (“Hubei Hanxiao Expressway”); Henan Weixu Expressway (“Henan Weixu Expressway”); Lanwei Expressway (“Henan Lanwei Expressway”); Changzhu Expressway (“Hunan Changzhu Expressway”); located in the Guangxi Guangxi Autonomous Region Yu Expressway; also includes the Tianjin Jinxiong Expressway (“Tianjin Jinxiong Expressway”). As of December 31, 2023, the equity toll mileage attributable to the Group's holding projects was 477.7 km (the total toll mileage was about 556.2 km), the equity toll mileage for the Group's associated companies and joint ventures was about 88.8 km, and the equity toll mileage for all highways and bridges was about 566.5 km.
