According to the ruling, (1) all claims and demands made by Chengdu Global Bona against the Group and other defendants were rejected by the court; and (ii) Chengdu Global Bona was required to bear the processing fee of RMB 549,800. On the date of publication, the board of directors of the company confirmed that the ruling did not have any significant adverse effect on the general operation and financial situation of the Group.
