Vanke Overseas (01036.HK) announced on August 22 that for the six months ended June 30, 2024, it achieved a revenue of HKD 165 million, a decrease of 9.15% year-on-year; gross profit was HKD 73.281 million, a decrease of 20.6% year-on-year; the company's shareholders recorded a loss of HKD 29.323 million for the period, compared to a profit of HKD 2.535 million for the same period last year; basic and diluted loss per share was HKD 0.08. During the period, the group's revenue mainly came from: (i) leasing units and parking spaces in the Lijing Center; (ii) leasing Xingyu (completed in September 2023).
