Flying Fish Technology International Co., Ltd. was incorporated in March 2014. The company is also a holding company for other Chinese operating entities. The company is a high-tech enterprise engaged in game development and operation. In 2013/12, the Group acquired 100% of the shares of Kairo World, the developer of the Tower Defense casual mobile game series Defender Radish. Flying Fish Technology International Co., Ltd. was also formally established in 2014. At present, the group has a number of professional game development teams. As of 2014/6/30, our total number of employees reached 255, of which 75.3% were R&D personnel. The Group has successfully developed several games with a good reputation and has received many awards and recognitions for the quality and popularity of its products and services. In addition to the domestic market, many of the company's games have also been successfully released in overseas markets such as Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, and Vietnam.
