Comprehensive financial and logistics services Beginning in 2013, we are committed to developing a unique “financial logistics” business model, first providing comprehensive financial and logistics services in Shaanxi Province, China. Integrated logistics: Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Puhui Zhongjin Logistics Information Consulting Service (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., provides third party logistics services for three building materials wholesale distribution centers in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The logistics services we provide include warehouse and inventory management, transportation and distribution management, and a range of value-added services. With the launch of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Logistics Management Information System, supply chain efficiency and transparency can be improved. Furthermore, we are about to build a large-scale logistics park in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Construction of this logistics park began in stages in 2014, and after completion, it will become the largest multimodal logistics hub in northwestern China, including Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Gansu. The logistics park has specialized markets for building materials, food, tea and Chinese herbal medicines, as well as functional facilities such as intermodal transportation, customs and bonded services. Financial services: Our wholly-owned subsidiary financing guarantee company, Shaanxi Puhuizhong Financial Guarantee Co., Ltd. has officially obtained approval from the Shaanxi Provincial Financial Affairs Office to provide financing guarantee services throughout Shaanxi Province. Guarantee company business includes the provision of financing guarantees and advisory services permitted by general regulations. However, our key service is to provide consolidated pledge guarantees for group logistics customers. Customers only need to pledge their inventory in our supervised pledge warehouses and have the guarantee company provide financing guarantees to resolve customers' short-term capital turnover difficulties. This is our integrated supply chain solution that addresses the logistics and capital needs of our customers. It is also an exemplary example of the “financial logistics” model.
