Chaowei Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company” and its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”) is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of lead-acid power batteries, bond-ion batteries and other related products. The products are mainly used in electric bicycles, electric tricycles and special purpose electric vehicles. The Group is headquartered in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, the People's Republic of China (“China”). Production facilities are strategically divided into regions where demand for lead-acid power batteries is high, including Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Hebei provinces. The Group's primary market customers include top e-bike manufacturers, while the secondary market's distribution network spans all provinces and regions of China. In terms of the primary market, the Group supplies original batteries to most well-known electric bicycle manufacturers in China. By the end of 2013, the Group achieved full production without cooking, fulfilling the social responsibility of “Yuanseong Enterprise”.
