Xuhui Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Xuhui” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) is headquartered in Shanghai. Its main business is real estate development, real estate investment and property management services in the People's Republic of China (“China”).
