Xinyi Glass Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2005. According to documents disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 1, on November 29, Dong Qingshi increased his common stock holdings of Xinyi Glass by 349,000 shares at an average price of HK$88,762 per share, to a value of about HK$3,097,800.
