Wynn Properties Development Limited (“Wynn Properties Development”) is a limited liability company incorporated in Bermuda. Wynn Properties Development is listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Exchange”) under the stock code “864". Prior to listing on the exchange, Wynn Real Estate Development was a subsidiary of Wynn Holdings Limited (“Wynn Holdings”). The stock code listed on the main board was “876.” Its main business was the manufacture and sale of electronic components. Wynn Real Estate Development is an investment holding company with several subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”), which mainly conducts business in Hong Kong. Properties owned by the Group (mainly commercial retail and residential properties) are long-term investments. Through subsidiaries within the Group, we are engaged in property investment activities, mainly in commercial retail leasing and residential property leasing in various locations in Hong Kong, including Mongkok, Wan Chai and Central.
