Gelonghui, April 18, 丨 Zhongji Longevity Science (00767.HK) announced that on April 18, 2024, Shenzhen Zhongji Health Science Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Sichuan Zhongji Guande Biotechnology Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a joint venture agreement with Sichuan Zhongnongyun Qianghang Data Technology Group Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture in China.
