Sunshine Energy Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”, Hong Kong stock code: 757) is a leading supplier of solar energy services. Its products are sold not only to midstream industrial customers, but also directly to end customers. In the six months ending June 30, 2023, the Group was mainly engaged in the following businesses: (a) manufacture and trade of photovoltaic modules; (b) the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants; and (c) Manufacture and trade in semiconductors and trade in solar monocrystalline silicon cells and others. The Group now focuses on manufacturing and sales of downstream photovoltaic modules in the photovoltaic industry.
