The Group is a world-renowned container manufacturer and has an extensive depot business network in the People's Republic of China (“China”). The Group manufactures a variety of products, including dry containers, foldable flat-rack containers, open-top containers, asphalt tanks, tanks, offshore containers, custom containers and other special containers and container accessories. The logistics business includes container depots and logistics companies. The Group currently operates eight container depots, located in key ports such as Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Fuzhou and Xiamen in China.
