World Chinese Media Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese media group formed from the successful merger of Ming Pao Enterprise Co., Ltd., Sing Chau Media Group Limited and Nanyang Newspaper Holdings Limited. It is the first company to be bilaterally listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 685) and the Malaysian Stock Exchange (stock code: 5090). The mission of the world's Chinese media is to serve Chinese readers around the world. The product portfolio in Southeast Asia, Greater China, and North America includes 5 daily newspapers with a total of 11 editions, 3 free newspapers, and about 30 magazines. The Group has also expanded its business into digital media.
