Peking University Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“Peking University Resources” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) was formerly known as Fangzheng Digital (Holdings) Co., Ltd. In order to create higher returns for shareholders, the Company began promoting a diversified business development strategy based on the information product distribution business in 2013. In January 2013, the Company completed the acquisition of a number of companies engaged in property development and property investment, gradually diversifying into business segments such as real estate development and commercial real estate operation. The Group is mainly engaged in information product distribution business in Hong Kong and mainland China, and is engaged in property development and property investment business in China. As of March 31, 2022, the Group owned a total of 13 property development projects in 9 cities in mainland China. The Group's holdings of sold properties, properties under development and undeveloped area totalled approximately 3.17 million square meters.
