Its shares were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) in July 2021 (stock code: 606). The Company is a subsidiary of Zhongjun Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Zhongjun Holdings” for short, together with its subsidiaries but excluding the Group, collectively referred to as “Zhongjun Group”) (stock code: 1966). The Group's main business includes two major segments: commercial property management and operation services and residential property management services. The company's operating headquarters is located in Shanghai, and its services cover the West Coast Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, the Bohai Rim Economic Circle, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the central and western regions. On December 31, 2022, the Group had a huge portfolio of contracted property management in 62 cities in 19 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions of the People's Republic of China (“China”), including Anhui, Beijing, Chongqing, Fujian, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Tianjin, Yunnan and Zhejiang. The Group's Commercial Property Management Services Division and Residential Property Management Services Division were awarded the “2022 China Top 100 Commercial Real Estate Companies” and the “2022 China Top 100 Property Service Companies” by the China Index Research Institute. On December 31, 2022, the Group had 263 and 166 signed and managed projects (including commercial and residential) respectively, with a total contracted construction area of about 48.1 million square meters and a total construction area of about 25.7 million square meters under management.
