IMAGI International Holdings Limited (“IMAGI”) is a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (HKEx stock code: 585). IMAGI is mainly engaged in comprehensive financial services business, investment and holding, computer imaging business, and entertainment business. The Group's comprehensive financial services business includes securities investment and proprietary trading, provision of securities brokerage services, guarantee financing services, placement and underwriting services, investment advisory and management services, and money lending services. The entertainment business includes investment in film production, and the first film the company invests in was screened publicly in October 2019. The company is always looking for other ways to expand the company and its business through attractive chambers of commerce that benefit the company and its shareholders. Brief history Yima's first computer-animated film, “Ninja Turtle,” was screened in March 2007 and won the US box office first, making it the first Asian animated film in history to break this record. “Astro Boy” is Ima's second computer-animated film, which was screened worldwide in October 2009. “Cat Story,” for which Yima owns the copyright, will be developed as a computer-animated film within the next 18 months and distributed in Greater China and other Chinese-speaking countries. As the intellectual property holder of the animated film “Astro Boy”, the TV series “The Adventures of Time and Space”, and the film “Cat Story” in production, Ima will work hard to develop its animation content to promote related consumer product licensing and education services. Development Strategy Since 2014, Yima's business has extended to financial investment and investment in corporate bonds initially listed in Hong Kong and other regions. In order to further expand its investment business, Yima plans to develop a comprehensive financial services business, including providing securities brokerage services, placement and underwriting services, corporate finance advisory services, investment advisory and management services, guaranteed financing and money lending services, securities investment, and proprietary trading. Currently, Yima is already engaged in money lending business, securities investment, and proprietary trading of shares of listed companies.
