Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) was established in August 2010 and is a holding subsidiary of Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingneng Group”). The company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. The company's business is distributed in 26 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Sichuan, Hunan and Guangdong, covering gas power generation and heating, wind power, photovoltaic power generation, small and medium-sized hydropower, energy storage and other clean energy power generation businesses. It is the largest gas thermal power supplier in Beijing and the leading wind power and photovoltaic power operator in China. As of December 31, 2022, the total installed capacity of the company's holdings was 13.719 million kilowatts. The company operates seven gas-cogeneration power plants in Beijing, with an installed capacity of 4.702 million kilowatts. The power generation accounts for 40% of Beijing's gas power generation, and the heat supply accounts for more than 40% of Beijing's centralized heating. It is the capital's leading gas thermoelectric company. The company has an installed capacity of 5066 million kilowatts of wind power, mainly located in Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Ganning, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, which are rich in wind resources in China. The installed capacity of the company's photovoltaic power generation is 3,532 million kilowatts, distributed in northwest China, northern China, and southern China, where photovoltaic resources are abundant. The company also operates other clean energy businesses such as small and medium-sized hydropower. The installed capacity of small and medium-sized hydropower is 419,000 kilowatts, mainly distributed in southwest China, where water resources are abundant.
