Since its establishment in 1995, Shuncheng Group (including SamsonHoldingLtd. Shuncheng Holdings Limited* (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries) (collectively, the “Group”) has now become a fully vertically integrated furniture company and is one of the top ten furniture wholesalers in the United States of America (“US”). We currently own a variety of furniture products through various brands (including Universal Furniture, Legacy Classic Furniture, Legacy Classic Kids, Craftmaster Furniture, Baker, Milling Road, McGuire, LacquerCraft Hospitality, and Universal Furniture China), and have also received US PaulaDean, MirandaKerr, NinaDragon, and CoastalLiving granted licensing rights. In May 2016, we successfully acquired Grand Manor Furniture Inc., founded in the 1960s, a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of hotel seats in North Carolina Lenoir, USA. Its main customer base includes (but is not limited to) Marriott, Hilton, GrandHyatt, and Western hotel chains. In February 2017, we successfully acquired Baker Interiors Group, Ltd. (Formerly Kohler Interiors Group, LTD.) and its subsidiaries (collectively “BIG”), the company owns three global luxury home furniture brands, namely “Baker,” “MillingRoad,” and “McGuire,” all of which have a history of leading design, quality, and craftsmanship. BIG sells its products through showrooms in North America, the United Kingdom, and France, as well as furniture sales offices across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. BIG maintains partnerships with interior designers, who recommend products to consumers around the world. The Group team has experienced managers, employees and sales personnel, who are familiar with the US market, combined with Vietnamese and People's Republic of China (“China”) production expertise to create a global integrated product and service logistics platform to create maximum benefits for the Group's customers and shareholders through an effective business model.
