In 2013, HNA Group, a large multinational company, bought a stake in the company and later became the controlling shareholder. In September 2017, the company acquired CWT Pte, Singapore's leading integrated logistics solution provider, through a voluntary comprehensive offer. Limited (formerly "CWT Limited") ("CWT SG"). In December 2017, the company changed its name to CWT International Limited.
