China Foods Limited (“China Foods” or the “Company” for short, together with its subsidiaries collectively the “Group”) is a subsidiary of COFCO Group Limited (“COFCO”) and COFCO's only specialized beverage business platform, and is listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (stock code: 506). Currently, the company mainly produces, distributes, promotes and sells Coca Cola series products in 19 provincial administrative regions in China through cooperation with Coca Cola Company and holds 65% of the interests, and provides consumers with products in 10 categories and 24 brands, including soft drinks, juice, water, milk drinks, energy drinks, tea, coffee, functional nutritional drinks, sports drinks and vegetable protein drinks.
