The Group now owns and manages over 2.5 million square feet of high-quality commercial, retail and residential properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. The company's two main divisions are Capital Strategy Commercial Property Investment, our Commercial Property Investment Division, Monk Family Living, and our Quality Housing Development Division. Capital Strategy Commercial Property Investment Capital Strategy Commercial property investment successfully leverages the advantages of its management to find suitable properties, package and reposition the property to enhance rental income, thereby achieving capital appreciation.
