The main business of Yingke Dayan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. PCCW Limited (“PCCW”, Hong Kong Stock Code: 00008) is the single largest shareholder of the Group. Property development and investment At the end of 2008, Yingda Real Estate completed the final phase of its masterpiece, the “Beisha Bay” residential project. The project has since become one of the most prestigious residential developments in Hong Kong. In addition, the Group has also developed an excellent residential project called “One Pacific Heights” on the west of Hong Kong Island. The Group continues to explore investment opportunities globally. In line with this strategy, the Group has formulated long-term property development plans to build world-class four-season luxury vacation development projects in Hokkaido, Japan, and Phang Nga Province in Thailand.
