In 1992, Ningbo Minfu Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Ningbo Xiaogang Industrial Development Zone, but it was this humble small company that set off the development of Minshi Group. In 1997, the company consolidated several of its branches into a group company, while also entering a new field of automotive exterior parts in China. On December 1, 2005, Minshi Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0425). At present, Minshi has become an excellent supplier of body structural parts, trim, and car decoration parts in the Chinese passenger car parts market. Minshi supplies products to many world-renowned international car manufacturers.
