Zhonghui Group Holdings Limited (“Zhonghui Group” or the “Group”, stock code: 0382.HK) is the largest private commercial higher education group in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and an early pioneer in expanding the international market in the education industry. The Australian International Business School is the first Chinese international education institution approved by the Australian Government. A private vocational education institution accredited by EduTrust of the Ministry of Education of Singapore, namely Edvantage Institute (Singapore) or EIS), offers long-term and short-term language training courses and various diploma and higher diploma courses. Edvantage Institute Australia or EIA (Edvantage Institute Australia or EIA) has obtained TEQSA certification and accreditation from the Australian Higher Education Quality and Standards Agency, and is the first higher education institution under the Group to offer and issue both undergraduate and master's degrees.
