The Group completed the acquisition of all shares of Rongcheng Investment Co., Ltd. in November 2017. Through its interests in Tongguan Dexing Mining Co., Ltd., Rongcheng Group is mainly engaged in exploration and mining of gold and related minerals in China. The Group completed the acquisition of all shares of Fengyang Holdings Limited and Jiaying Co., Ltd. in December 2018. Through their interests in Tongguan County Tongjin Mining Co., Ltd., Fengyang Group and Jiaying Group are mainly engaged in exploration and mining of gold and related minerals in China.
