In October 2013, the Group joined a number of world-class institutions to establish Tongjia International Health Management Center, an international, membership-based high-end health management chain. In January 2014, the group established Tongjia International Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., which focuses on investment in the big health industry and becomes a professional investment management agency in the big health industry. The company owns or jointly operates hundreds of thousands of acres of organic grain planting bases and grain processing plants in Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and other places. In 2015, the group reorganized Dongguan Tongjia Organic Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. The company focuses on organic food production, R&D, processing, storage, logistics, distribution, e-commerce and organic agricultural tourism, technical training, etc. An e-commerce platform and Heyuan organic vegetable production base have now been established. In August 2015, the group obtained 30% of Aidigong Maternal and Child Health Group's shares through capital injection and acquisition of 100% of Ruicheng Venture Capital's shares. In November 2015, the group obtained 28% of Fengyuan Huake Biotechnology's shares through capital injection and acquisition of 100% of Fengshuo Biomedical Technology's shares in the second step.
