It is located in Dongzhimen in central Beijing, close to the East Second Ring Road, close to the expressway leading to the airport, and covered by major railway and bus service networks. The property covers an area of 63,000 square feet, including office buildings and tourist and leisure elements. It is adjacent to central Beijing, the embassy district, and Yansha district. The Hengqin Comprehensive Development Project is a joint venture between the Group and Pengruili Hengqin Investment Group Co., Ltd. The plot enjoys unparalleled transportation advantages; it is directly connected to the port and commercial facilities connected to Macau. In the future, both Hengqin and Macau Light Rail will be directly accessible, and the Guangzhou-Pearl Intercity Express Rail will also be extended to the site. The plot will be developed into a comprehensive landmark project integrating offices, hotels, commercial and serviced residences.
