LIPPO CHINA RES (00156.HK) anticipates an annual consolidated loss of approximately 0.68 billion Hong Kong dollars.
On March 24, Gelonghui reported that LIPPO CHINA RES (00156.HK) announced that the company expects to record a net fair value loss of approximately HKD 60,000,000 for the financial instruments measured at fair value through profit or loss for the year ending December 31, 2024 (compared to a net fair value gain of approximately HKD 20,000,000 for the year ending December 31, 2023), as well as an impairment loss provision for fixed assets of approximately HKD 80,000,000 (none in the previous year). The Board of Directors expects that the group may report a comprehensive loss attributable to Shareholders of approximately HKD 680,000,000 for this year.
