Company establishment Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (Shenzhen International Holdings Limited), formerly known as Ingot Limited, was incorporated as a limited company in Bermuda on November 22, 1989, and has been registered as a non-Hong Kong company in the Hong Kong Companies Registry in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the original Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. When the company was founded, its authorized share capital was HK$100,000, divided into 1,000,000 shares. 2. Company name change On 1990/1/5, the company name was changed to InnoVisionSholdingsLimited. On 1994/4/19, the company name was changed to ShenzhenInternationalHoldingsLimited.
