China Agricultural Products Exchange (00149) announced that on August 16, 2023 and September 7, 2023, the company further repurchased some of the unexercised notes with a total principal amount of HK$20 million through the open market, accounting for 5% of the total principal amount of the original issued notes. Together with other notes that had previously been repurchased and cancelled, it accounted for 75% of the total principal amount of the original issued notes. Repurchases are paid from internal resources. Repurchased notes will be cancelled as soon as possible after they have been repurchased. After cancellation of the repurchased notes, the total principal amount of the notes that have not yet been exercised will be HK$100 million, accounting for about 25% of the original principal amount of the notes.
