ENM Decides Against Renewing Lease for SWANK Flagship Store, Shares Down 4%

ENM Holdings (00128.HK) plans to not renew the lease of its flagship store in Central.
On June 6th, Gelunhui announced that Enm Holdings (00128.HK) has negotiated with the landlord about renewing the lease for its flagship store, Shiyun, located in Central. The board of directors considers that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders not to renew the lease for the Central store (the existing lease will expire on September 30, 2024), taking into account factors including the rental cost (based on the best rental rate the group can obtain), Shiyun's business plan and performance. The group will continue to operate the remaining physical retail stores of Shiyun in Hong Kong, and will continue to monitor and evaluate the luxury fashion retail market and optimize Shiyun.
