Jia Ningna Group Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong investment holding company mainly engaged in food and restaurant related business. The company operates through two major divisions. The restaurant, food and hotel divisions are engaged in restaurant and hotel operations and the provision of catering services. The property Investment and Development Division is engaged in property development and sales and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Jia Ningna Group is Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's listed company (listing number: 126), formerly known as Dacheng Group. Jia Ningna Group is mainly engaged in catering, food manufacturing and retail, and hotel, real estate development and investment, and trade logistics business.
The group business was founded in 1967 by Mr. Ma Jiezhang, honorary chairman of the board of directors, and the group was listed in Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing in 1991 under the name of the group. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the Group's business is currently concentrated in mainland China and Hong Kong. As the group's business is operated under the "Jia Nina" brand, the listed company officially changed its name to the Jia Nina Group in July 2013.
Since the 1980s in Hong Kong, "Jia Ningna" has become the main representative brand of Chaozhou cuisine and high-end restaurants. "Jia Ningna" Chaozhou cuisine has now opened branches in major cities in China, and is highly appreciated and supported by customers in mainland China and Hong Kong for its quality products and services. Jia Ningna Group has been engaged in real estate development business in Shenzhen since the early 1990s. Among them, "Jia Ningna Friendship Square", which was completed in 1998, is a famous landmark mall in Luohu Business Center District of Shenzhen City. South China City Group, which was founded in 2002, has developed into a leading developer and operator of large-scale integrated logistics and trading centers in China. It was listed on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing in 2009 (listing number: 1668).
Jia Ningna Group operates real estate development and production projects in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, Yiyang City, Hunan Province and Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, with a total development area of 2900000 square meters. When completed, the commercial real estate project in Dongguan, Guangdong will become one of the largest comprehensive commercial centers in Dongguan. Hunan Yiyang project is the most advantageous local lakeside housing project. After the completion of the East China City project in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, it will become the largest trade wholesale and retail logistics market in the area connecting Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province, and has now completed and operated the first phase of the trade center.
