With more than 47 years of operating experience in the local GMBs sector, the Group is one of the leading GMBs operators in Hong Kong. Over the years, with its expertise, the Group has continued to improve its routes and services, keeping pace with the development of Hong Kong's transport network. At present, the Group operates 72 green public light bus routes with 354 public light buses and four residential bus routes with seven public buses. The Group's fleet is equipped with environmentally friendly public light buses and state-of-the-art facilities to enable passengers to enjoy a more comfortable journey. In January 2018, the Group launched the first new low-floor minibus available for wheelchair access in Hong Kong to facilitate wheelchair users to use public light bus services. Since January 2019, the Group has partnered with Alipay Hong Kong to provide the first mobile payment method for minibuses in Hong Kong. Passengers can pay minibus fares through mobile phones.
The Group gives top priority to passenger safety in all areas of operation. Since 2011, the Group's computerized maintenance Centre has been certified by ISO9001:2008 (subsequently upgraded to ISO9001:2015 since 2017), making it the first green minibus operator in Hong Kong to win this award, leading the industry.
