It develops, explores and produces crude oil and mining (such as graphite) in Asian countries, and provides electronics manufacturing services in the UK. The Group is engaged in crude oil development and production in Indonesia, mineral development and production in China, and electronic product manufacturing services in the UK. The Company operates oil fields in Indonesia through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kalrez Petroleum (Seram) Limited, in accordance with the Bula Oil Production Sharing Contract (“BulaPSC”) concluded between the Japan Group and the Ministry of Petroleum (BPMIGAS) of the Indonesian Government on May 22, 2000. BulaPSc will expire in 2019. The Company manufactures and sells graphite products in Luobei County, Heilongjiang Province, China through its partially owned subsidiary South Sea Graphite (Luobei) Co., Ltd. (“SSG”). Through its subsidiary Axiom Manufacturing Services Ltd. (“Axiom”), a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, the Company provides business-to-business and business-to-industry and electronic product manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers in the following market segments: Medical device industry control equipment, household appliances, computers, and related products Test and measuring instrument products Department of Defense products Due to effective cost and asset management, Axiom is capable of providing customers with total acquisition costs that are lower than those produced by the original equipment manufacturers themselves Judgment plan. Original equipment manufacturers have entered into contracts with Axiom to manufacture products or obtain services related to product development and model design, mass production or after-sales support. In many cases, products manufactured by Axiom are branded with the customer's brand, and the vast majority of Axiom's manufacturing business is provided on a comprehensive basis. According to this method, after Axiom purchases customer-specified parts from its supplier, it will mount the parts on the printed circuit board, perform post-production tests, and process production procedures and test documents for the customer. Axiom also provides manufacturing services on a consignment basis, using customer-supplied parts to make finished printed circuit board products or products. Axiom provides customers with “just in time” delivery plans, so that the product delivery period closely matches the customer's inventory requirements. In addition, Axiom also embeds the manufactured printed circuit board into the customer's finished product for the customer to complete the assembly of the final product. The vast majority of Axiom's customers are based in the UK.
