The company is a joint stock enterprise founded in October 1988 with Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company, a major state-owned enterprise in the country. “Maohua Shihua” A-share shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 14, 1996, and is the first listed company in Maoming City.
