About GUOCO GROUP Company
Guohao (together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) is headquartered in Hong Kong and is the overseas listed investment flagship of the Malaysian enterprise group Hong Leong Group. As a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Guohao's business is diversified and has 12,000 employees. Among them, it operates property development and investment business through its two listed subsidiaries, including Guohao Real Estate Co., Ltd. (listed in Singapore) and Guohao Real Estate (Malaysia) Limited (listed in Malaysia), while the leisure business is operated by The Rank Group Plc (listed in London). The total market value of the Group's four listed companies was US$5.257 billion (as of June 30, 2022). In addition, the Group's proprietary investment and hotel business are operated by two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guohao Equity Assets Limited and Clermont Hotel Group Limited based in the UK, respectively. Guohao also owns interests in honey product manufacturer and distributor Manuka Health New Zealand Limited and Bass Strait oil and gas concessions. In addition, the Group also operates financial services by holding interests in its associated company Hong Leong Financial Group Limited (listed in Malaysia).
